Monitoring

imgix engineers have identified the underlying issue with a small number of source deployments and have deployed a fix. We are continuing to monitor the behavior to ensure that the issue is fully resolved.

We're investigating an issue affecting source deployments for sources containing default and/or error images. All other services, including image rendering, are functional.
