Monitoring

Error rates have decreased and service has returned to normal. Incorrect load balancing to our rendering resources caused the elevated error rates, and our team has mitigated the issue. We'll continue to monitor the situation.

We've identified the issue causing the elevated 500 errors. Error rates have decreased and we're continuing to monitor the situation.
