We are now routing traffic around the failing upstream network provider. We are continuing to monitor the issue, and we are working with the provider to improve their connectivity issues.

We've identified an issue with an upstream provider that is causing an elevated origin file ingestion latency. We are currently working on routing traffic around the affected links and working with our provider to resolve the issue.
