Monitoring

Amazon has fixed the issue with the us-east-1 region and packet loss issues have subsided. We will continue to monitor traffic incoming from this region.

Update

To provide a temporary fix, we are attempting to ignore the Amazon IP addresses that produce the packet loss. We will provide further updates by 01:00:00 UTC

Identified

We've identified that the issue lies with AWS in the us-east-1 region. This is causing a slight degradation in service.
