Source deployment status stuck in Deploying state

We identified an issue affecting the displayed deploy state on sources and have resolved the issue. Image rendering and other Dashoboard services were not affected.

Investigating

Source statuses are currently showing displaying a Deploying state instead of the intended Deployed state. Source deployments are still working and our rendering service is not affected. We'll update when we obtain more information.
